Personally, I only took Protein Supplements, Amino Acids, and just ate tons of meat when I first started lifting. It was only after a solid year that I really dove into tempting supplements. The first and most tempting supplement for me was creatine. I first started taking it and saw results right away. But I have recently stopped because of the side-effects that I heard it has on your liver. But if you simply have to take it, make sure you take creatine monohydrate only. But otherwise I don't really know because I haven't personally taken them myself and would hate to give you false info.

I agree, just start out with natural foods and perhaps whey protein powder. Then after you progress and if you feel it is needed to jump into Supplements make sure you talk to your doctor or a registered health professional.

Nothing beats real food, but I will agree that whey is a great protein source, and is the most important supp.

Hawk10 I am looking to get stronger and bigger tell me what you think I am currently taking: Amplified Maxertion N.O. Amplified Creatine 189 Amplified Muscle Igniter 4x Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Excessive supplements usage, especially for someone who's just starting out. I've never used these products, just whey. The gains are coming off pretty nicely though.

Start out with whey and then build strength and then start creatine for mass.

This seems a lot of supplements for a starter. You can just take Whey since you're just starting anyway
