Just bought new gym - Sunday, January 20, 2008 2:43 PM ( #1 )
i just got a competetior old school muscle home gym its not the best homy gym out there but all i can afford anyways anyone have any good programs that i could start using this gym?? thanks

Isn't a competitor just a regular weight bench? Wouldn't you do a normal routine on it?

its the bench , the pull down bar, arm rest thing for curls, and ur legs.
