There it is! The end product of my cutting cycle. Well, add a couple inches to the delts, and some size to the lats and your it. Dont know what you back looks like in comparison to what mine is, but I have an idea. I hate you, but in a few months, I'll be you.

As far as where I am now, and where I want to be? I'm 5'10" ~155lbs. 8-9% BF?? I'd like to add another 5lbs before summer, and maintain or lower my BF%. I need to work on my shoulders and chest. My shoulders are a weak point for me. I messed one up pitching in baseball many years ago, never felt right after that, and the other one in a few random mosh pits last year. So now I am unable to do squats, because I can't support the load on my shoulders, or twist my arms back far enough. It's wierd, but yeah, it sucks. And of course working my shoulders I have to be pretty careful as well, so as not to re-injure myself.

Do you have a sled-squat at the gym you go to? I used to use it when I had my rotator problem, still lingers, but its basically the squat bu all weight from shoulder is alleivated. IBB on here used it too, as did I, and I got up to 405X5 on it. Works the legs the same way a BB squat does, just no shoulder involvement. And BF% guess for you is 7. Can you throw up a back shot if possible?

Don't mind the curtains. This was a few months ago, I may have added a tiny bit since then. Growing has been slow going. :( And yes, I think we do have a sled squat. I normally do front squats or leg press instead. I also do box jumps and body squats quite often.

Sled works well if you can't squat. Also, you do look a little less than 9% Good luck figuring out what to do about deltoids - shoudler injuries can be a pain Looking good

And of course working my shoulders I have to be pretty careful as well, so as not to re-injure myself. i know EXACTLY what your talking about, i injured my left shoulder wrestling and my right in a freak accident(quite emberassing). try this for squats, place the bar on your traps as you normally would, and instead ofgripping the bar with a fist, try just placing your hand on it...hard to exlain over the net. but i found that if i dont squeeze the bar with a fist, the stress on my shoulders cut way down. try to just "push" it towards your neck...god i cant explain it but if you understand what im saying try it!

What are your measurements, you have a nice shape but I also figured you wouldn't fill out the shirts very well only weighing 155lbs. Is that your goal? Be fit have the nice ripped physique but be able to fill out your shirts a little better? I just wanted to know about how much total weight you would like to gain.. Or are you just trying to be progressive over the years and it doesn't really matter to you as long as your slowly progressing. It sounds like you have the right attitude, you seem comfortable for the most part with the way you are now.

Yeah, steady progression is pretty much what I want. I am not unhappy with where I am, but at the same time, putting on another 10 pounds couldn't hurt. I have packed on 10 pounds in the past year (I've been hittin a real gym since may of 07), and it's been great so far, no reason to stop now. As far as measurements, I haven't taken any recently, I need to pick up a tape soon and get on that.

you remind me of my own physique. I have am new to this world and have been working out for 2 months now. I am 5'11, 157 lbs, unsure of the body fat but i know it is very low. You look nice and lean man.

Im 6'1" 173 Lbs (just finished cutting from 185) and I am 8.7% BF. Our bodies look alot alike almost the same build except Im taller, just a BF reference for you. Looking good man. Im gonna start bulking after spring break (just dont wanna endanger the 6-pack before the break ;) )
