Just checking Jumping rope should raise my endurance right? this is what i here(jumping hard not neccarily interval) but would like to kno from some people that actually kno from experience or others experience well im gona do it anyway father said really helped him "bak in the day"Smile ill do it every other night till april and tell you how its worked out then

Jumping rope is cardiovascular exercise, so yes, it will absolutely increase your endurance. It'll also kick your butt.

hmm why cant jumping rope be like hockey for me JUST CLIck but nope gues im gona have to do it every night until i can do 50 repetitivve jumps lol :/ i do like 10-20 then dont break and another 10-20 and then like 5 oh well il.l get it eventually
ITs always a better feeling after you work for it and get it

BTW yes it kicked my a$$ dont kno about swearing in the forum yet but yes jumping rope did kick me Smile

it will raise your endurance 5x, than it is right now.

the trick wit jump ropin is u gotta keep your balance when you land and go slow at first meaning dont swing your arms fast and its about rhythm, so us white boys got it bad. it should make you faster and strengthen your calves, emmitt smith does it or used to do it and as for endurance, its great for endurance if u go fast, but you have to get that special rhythm down, i used to suck but now i can go as much as i can handle meaning 130 reps in one sitting
