Jumping rope is cardiovascular exercise, so yes, it will absolutely increase your endurance. It'll also kick your butt.

hmm why cant jumping rope be like hockey for me JUST CLIck but nope gues im gona have to do it every night until i can do 50 repetitivve jumps lol :/ i do like 10-20 then dont break and another 10-20 and then like 5 oh well il.l get it eventually ITs always a better feeling after you work for it and get it

the trick wit jump ropin is u gotta keep your balance when you land and go slow at first meaning dont swing your arms fast and its about rhythm, so us white boys got it bad. it should make you faster and strengthen your calves, emmitt smith does it or used to do it and as for endurance, its great for endurance if u go fast, but you have to get that special rhythm down, i used to suck but now i can go as much as i can handle meaning 130 reps in one sitting
