RE: Journey to 200lbs - Thursday, July 03, 2008 6:50 AM
Around 183-186lbs.
Hopefully I'll keep this weight and get down to 8%BF by end of summer!

Blood pressure is 110/60.
Heart Rate is 54.
Those are the numbers that I'm real proud of.

Getting blood work done before September. I am aiming for HDL to be around 65-70 again (last test it was 67).
Last blood work my potassium levels were high, not sure how.

I hit arms Monday so I don't hit them as much back or chest days.
I just kill them in the end of those workouts since they're already exhausted.

I find that it works better this way.
Hitting arms Monday hard then not hitting bisceps/forearms until Thursday after back workout and triceps Friday after chest workout.

I posted a picture of my arms on last page I think. They seem ok.... I think the triceps need to drop down more and bisceps need more peak. I don't even want to talk about the brachiialis....

wow.. your back/bicep day looks crazy.    i know that some back exercises works biceps, but how come you have like 6 or 7 back exercises and only 1 for arms?   seems a bit unevenly distributed

RE: Journey to 200lbs - Monday, July 07, 2008 6:40 AM
Recomp

I had never tried recomping before. First time doing it and it's really good. I'm gaining mass and strength (slowly) and burning fat.
Screw cutting, I'm always going to recomp after bulking.
Plus you'll be using a PH while doing it so you're going to notice a lot more gains in each of those 3 areas.

As far as your blood work is concerned, you'll be fine. You ran epistane and h-drol, neither of which are harsh compounds. Looking at your weight I'm assuming you ran epistane 30-40mg/day and H-drol 50-75mg/day (maybe 100?).
If they had effected you negatively in any way you would've felt it couple weeks after cycle ended. Like loss in strength, motivation, depression etc.
But it's always good to get blood work done to get the liver enzymes, cholesterol levels etc checked.

Which PH are you looking towards your next cycle?

RE: Journey to 200lbs - Tuesday, July 08, 2008 5:25 AM
cheers bro well im actually repping 255 , 6 times with a 6 inche grip on my last tricep workout, problem is due to having  strong triceps they kind of dominate my chest, and shoulder workouts meaning my chest and shoulders dont get worked to well from doing bench pressing and overhead presses, i can also skull crush 135 lbs , 6 times

but yeah anyway  i actually pulsed my epistane cycle i have a big problem with hair shedding so i used the pulsing method as aparently sides are less, and dosed 3 days per week at 3-4 tabs a day a capsule being 10 mg if i remmeber rightly.. i actually had a really decent cycle altho i pulsed it i still used tamoxifen for a short pct.. i think i gained about 6 pounds of muscle,, and a decent amount of strengh but i train for strengh opposed to size anyway. as for the h-drol i dosed 50mg ed every day for the first two weeks, and noticed no changes so upped it to 75mg and started gaining but really i gained most mass in the last 2 weeks 5 pounds! altogher i gained about 8 pounds on that cycle..

as for my next choice i have no clue superdrol is apparently bad for cutting not dry enough, so that rules that out so i might use epistane again with a tam and clomid pct..

People respond differently to SD. Some say they notice bloating while others say it's extremely dry.
For cutting cycle you could do Epistane and stack it with a non-methyl like Bold, Trenadrol, Furazadrol etc.

You could run Bold weeks 1-12 and Epistane weeks 1-4.
For Trenadrol Week 3-7 while Epistane 1-4.
Furazadrol weeks 1-8/10 Epistane 1-4.

Also you won't need tamox and clomid for PCT, one is more than enough.
Failure isn't falling down... it's staying down.
