I need some advice on strengthening my joints. I've noticed that when I'm doing heavy lifting with my shoulders and arms, I hear alot of clicking sounds in the joints. Is there anything I can do stop this from continuing? I'm worried that I'm putting too much strain on my joints because they're too weak for the weight I put on them.

Clicking doesn't mean much.... unless it becomes painful.

My recommendation would be:

1- Take some kind of joint supplement like glucosamine
2- Warm-up and strength properly
3- Keep good form

Popping and clicking... who doesn't have that? When it hurts. Then there's a problem.

Glucosamin and chrondoitin supplement works great. I started takeing a supp with 1400mg of glucosamine and I beleive 6 or 800mg chr, with a few mg of MSM. Bottles at home, I dont recall the specifics, sorry. Although my fiance has had bad knee problems and used AST's Pro Flex and it worked well. Take a joint supp for atleast 1 cycle/bottle to strengthen the joints for that heavy lifting your doing.

Dito to everything these guys said. I think that Lee Labrada's Joint Formula is the best on the market. Glucosamine/Choindrotin/MSM/Gelatin... I honestly feel the effects right away on how my joints feel.

Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

I love this site and it's avatars... I'm a big comic fan. Deadpool was part of the Weapon X project as well, along with Wolverine.
