Joints been popping a lot!

Hey guys! I've always been a guy whose joints pop. Like my knuckles, fingers and wrists pop, so do my knees and my back. Now that I've been training for a year, I notice these pops even more! I mean, whenever i stretch, I can feel and other people CAN HEAR my joints popping (especially my back). Is this something I should worry about? Should I back off on the training? There's ZERO pain at all, but it still freaks me out. And is there any form of nutrition/any nutrients I should be upping to take care of my joints? Thanks guys! (It's really just freaky that my knees make sounds when I squat)

if theres no pain typically theres no problem..i prolly crack my back my pinching shoulder blades about 3 times a day. If your joints dont hurt or feel restricted i wouldnt worry about a supp, but if you do id recommend USPlabs Super Cissus RX

no pains no issues.. but if it pains please go and consult a physician, coz though it generally happens to many people, but sometimes it is not normal, and has someserious reasons behind it as well..!!..
