My Right Elbow pain is getting pretty bad, Where I have to avoid certain exercises, both my knees have also turned into sh*t, also my left wrist ocassionally, has anybody taken/"know" a product that can help this joint pain?

I think he meant Glucosamine is great for such, "hands down."

Get it? Like "by far" or "easily" the best kind of supplement you are looking for.

I have heard of using the glucosamine with msm along with 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil 3 times a day as well as 2 fish oil caplets 3 times a day. The word I heard was if this did not help in 4 to 6 weeks then you need a doctor.

This only works if you take it daily as some of it needs to build up in your system. I have personally used the glucosamine/msm along with the fish oils and it knocked some pretty bad pain down to where I could hardly even noticed it. I personally just cant swallow tablespoons of flaxseed oil though I heard it really helps when stacked with the other two.
