Friday 10/13 - Cardio Couch to 5K, week 1, session 1. Those jogging intervals kicked my butt! Hard to imagine I could be running 5K in 9 weeks.
Saturday 10/14 - Push Flat BB Bench Press (w/u 37lbs 2x12) 50lbs 1x10, 2x12
Standing BB Mil Press 37lbs 3x10
Skull Crushers 32lbs 3x10
My 5yo decided he needed to do skull crushers, so I set him up on the bench with a plastic baseball bat as a bar. He had terrible form.

Need to work on that.
