Wednesday 11/1 - Cardio 25 mins elliptical Thursday 11/2 - Pull Deadlifts (w/u 45lbs 2x12) 80lbs 3x10 Bent Over Rows 60lbs 3x10 Drag Curls (per the video Marc linked) 37lbs 3x8 (ouch!)

Friday - 11/3 Day Off Unless you count traipsing through the labryth that is IKEA with a baby on my back as cadrio. :D Saturday - 11/4 Push Flat Bench (w/u 45lbs 2x12) 60lbs 3x12 Incline Bench 50lbs 3x12 Seated Mil Press 45lbs 3x10 Overhead Tricep Press 37lbs 3x10 Week 4: -2.2 lbs (total lost since 9/9 -22.8)

Sunday 11/5 - Day off Monday 11/6 - Cardio Couch to 5K Week 1.1 Since its been so long since I did the Couch to 5K program, I am trying to start over this week and will hopefully fit 3 in per week from now on. Hoping for good weather on Wednesday, since I have to do this outside. Tuesday 11/7 - Legs Squats (w/u 45lbs 2x12) 75lbs 4x10 SLDLs 65lbs 3x12 Standing BB Calf Raises 100lbs 3x12

Tuesday & Wednesday 11/14-15 - Day Off I've been sick this week, so I took 2 days off. Which is a bummer, since I was all jazzed about doing the Couch to 5K week 2. Hopefully, I will be up for cardio tomorrow. I did a slightly toned down version of my Pull workout today, since I am not 100%, but didnt want to miss a lifting day. Thursday 11/16 - Pull/Abs Deadlifts (w/u 45lbs 2x12) 85lbs 3x10 Bent Over Rows 65lbs 3x10 Drag Curls 37lbs 3x12 Leg Lifts 3x12

Took Fri and Sat off. I was still feeling sick on Friday and Saturday, I was busy all day hosting a party. So basically, I only got 1 cardio in all last week. Planning on doing week 2 of the Couch to 5K next week, since the weather should be nice most days. No excuses! Sunday - 11/19 Push Flat Bench (w/u 45lbs 2x12) 70lbs 3x9 Incline Bench 60lbs 3x9 Standing Mil Press 45lbs 3x10 Superset: Overhead Tricep Press 37lbs 3x10 Lateral Raises 5lbs 3x12 Week 6: -1lbs (total lost since 9/9 -26.6) Thanks rippedchick. I am really hoping I can complete it and actually run 3 miles. I know a lot of people who have been successful with it, even though its hard to imagine running that long right now.

Monday 11/20 - Cardio Couch to 5K Week 2.1 Sunday - 11/26 Push Flat Bench (w/u 45lbs 2x12) 70lbs 3x10 Incline Bench 60lbs 3x10 Standing Mil Press 45lbs 3x10 Decline CGBP 45lbs 3x10 Yeah, I took a week off in the middle there. Its been a crazy week, spent 2 days on call for a birth, the holidays, out of town guests. No excuses, just reasons. Back on track this week. Both with exercise and eating. Didnt even weigh in yesterday, since I knew it would not be pretty. :)
