I took a kickboxing class today. jump rope military presses 3X8 20 Shrugs 3X8 20 db rows 3X8 20 front db raises 3X8 12 went for a jog @ parkapprox 1 mile the diet is not great. Again    I have tummy issues. I had 3 liters of water to prevent the dehydration. I took my multv and fish oils-I ate some food. I did not allow the physical stuff get in the way of working out. I made sure I got in a full on work out. Could be a bad thing could be a good thing.. dunno. All I know is that I felt better afterwards. kinda just pissed b/c I have not been sick in like years (aside from allergies/asthma), and now I have all these little things come up.        It all started with a stupid migraine-gosh I've not had one of those in years! okay I am done venting.  I am feeling pretty good right now that little run in the park was good.

I am not gonna b**** again about my diet because it still sux ********************************************* I did kickboxing class. I did two. Jump rope sprints worked on tri's and bi's today w/ 20 lbs weights haha I fell on gravel today while I was sprinting. That is what I get for trying to run the fastest. I was doing well...till I fell. I fell behind and continued to run and still managed to finish ahead. Now my left leg is all jacked up!!

I did two kickboxing classes a lot of ab work with wheel and medicine ball 40 mins of jump rope sprints all I want to do is strip fat off! Again my diet sux. I cannot eat very much. I did drink a lot of water today because I can keep it down but food is grossing me out right now.

Day off today. It is a three day week-end and both my gyms are closed!! That SUX!!!! I might sometime this week-end go running by the lake with all the runners,joggers, and bikers. OR the beach if I get out there. ************************************* I finally went to the doctor. I have an infection so I got some meds and hopefully they will work. I still cannot keep food in sO I don't eat a whole lot.

I am down to 32 inches I am excited!!!! this is taking forever I would love to see me at 29 inches!!!! I am feeling smaller in other places. I am going to have to go bra shopping. Otherwise I am going to have stuff my bra with tissue-haha. If the the band is fitting me loose (this is the number on the bra like now I am a 38 and it is getting big). My jeans are a little looser around the waist still a little tight around the leg and booty area (I am oaky with this muscle is good!!!!) I dunno how much I weigh. When I went to the doctor and the MA weighted me I looked away! My tummy is getting better. I can eat my normal meals. I have been drinking a lot of water to keep hydrated. I am soooooper bored! I hate days off.

Thanks bulkingup! ******************** 20 mins of jump rope kickboxing squats lunges sldl sumo squats My diet was better since I can eat now. I am adding veggies to my meals. I think that is why I got sick. My fiber intake was not that great. I think I am going to look into a fiber supplement. Coffee grosses me out now. I cannot stand the smell or aches I get from it. Oh well Starbucks will not be taking my money anymore. special k 1 med banana 1 cup milk trail mix apple chicken/veggies/can of green beans 2 liters of water---so far

Yeah...I get bored easily. I might have to find something else or just start lifting again. I kinda miss it. I have schedule issues-I have not been able to go to the other gym I do weights in. The boxing place I go to-the owner pulled the weights apart and shoved everything against the wall for a kids photo shoots. So that option is out. It's a mess. I did kickboxing again and upper body. jump rope oatmeal/1 egg white/1 scoop of whey/peach chicken/broc 1/2 of grapefruit protein bar chicken broc/salsa I am finally able to take in the fish oil and multv w/o wanting to throw up. Oatmeal was not that bad. I was able to eat that w/o wanting to gag on it.

I spent some of my week-end cooking food for the week. Lotsa brown rice, chicken, celery onions lunches/dinners. It is quite spicey and actually yummy. Freezer is stocked! I did a kickboxing class A lot of sprinting A lot of jumping rope Did a lot of cardio today t, one legged, diamond, regular, and wide push ups-these were full push ups not girly get on knees pushups. brown rice/chicken/celery shrimp green beans 1 scoop of whey fish oil/multiv

I did another kickboxing session. Lotsa jump rope and squats and lunges w/dumbbells I wanted to do a muay thai class but I did not. Diet is good. I was excited because the weights were back in place and put together. The push ups from yesterday were hurtin today.

Today squats 2X10 125lbs steps ups 2X10 30lbs dumbbells one legged db rows 2X10 30 lbs dumbbells one legged lunges 2X20 30lbs dumbbells push ups 2X10 Plank 2X10 60 secs crunches on swiss ball 2X10 I am handling 30pd dumbbells!!!!!!! Diet is good so far. I feel super strong today! I might do some kickboxing tonight. it depends. I am really liking the arms minus the slight farmer's tan I am rockin'!
