I was craving fish and asapargus this week-end and I have been eating fish and asapargus all week. odd. diet was good today fish and veggies 1 plum 1 scoop of whey 1 scoop of whey and a spoon of natural pb before workout fish oil/mulitv kickboxing dumbbells curls 3X10 20 hammer curls " " tri extensions " " 20 mins of jumping rope

multiv/fish oil kickboxing sprints 15 min of jump rope ab work with medicine ball and ab wheel planks Meals were good oatmeal/plums/whey/ veggies and beef/1 oz of peanuts awesome workout except for the bad air quality today. running was kinda hard to do.

deadlifts 3x8 115 lbs military press 3X8 25lb set of dumbbells lat pulldown 3x8 90lbs kickboxing 15 mins of jumping rope 3x8 squats w/ a set of 30lb dumbbells 3x8 lunges " " reverse crunches crunches with medicine ball 3X8 pushups mistake to do the deadlifting, presses, and lats---I was dying!!! diet was good. I added some egg whites to eat when craving food. it helped. I am just tired. like I said I like how my arms are looking minus the farmer's tan 1 gallon of water felt good today

Friday 27th 30 mins of jump rope 15 mins on treadmill Sat-off Sun-off ****************************** Monday June 30, 2008 I did kickboxing yesterday. w/ a set of 25 lb dumbbells 3X8 each Shrugs lateral raises curls rows Today: kickboxing sprints 10 mins of jump rope all with body weight 3 sets of 8 squats lunges sumo squats Diet is great. I am eating more during the day and less hungry at night. I also got some sugar free wal mart wannabe crystal lite and that seems to help feeling full and with cravings. Have yet to measure. I am getting compliments that my waist looks smaller. If I have to guess I would say I have lost maybe another 1/2 inch...so that would make me 31.5 inches. I will measure soon. I weighed myself of the scale. I am back up to 140...from 138. This is why I measure. I see/feel the difference when I measure. plus clothes fits better/loose. The scale is not the greatest for measuring for weight loss. I don't care about weight anymore. I care about the inches and clothes fitting. Mirrors of course. stoopid b*tch a*s scale!

kickboxing 10 mins of jump rope 3 sets of 8 set of 25 lb dumbbells. curls hammers tri extensions kickbacks diet was okay. I ate more carbs today so I feel a little bloated. for breakfast I had special k w/ milk Lunch: tuna pasta snack: chicken breast/cream cheese/hot sauce dinner: 4egg white + 1 yolk omlette and 1 tablespoon of refried beans one plum yuck and I had a diet pepsi. better than regular I guess I am pissed. so workouts are intense these past days. my left knuckle is bruised real bad. I wrap and my gloves are fairly new.

45 mins jump rope--->been thinking about getting a weighted jump rope to make it more challenging! sprints 15 mins of bag work all arms no kicks some ab work w/ medicine ball regular crunches reverse crunches Diet was good pb sandwich 1 small banana chicken with peppers/trail mix/coffee 1 scoop of whey chicken/talipia/peppers a lot of water! I was sore from the dumbbells yesterday!

kickboxing squats 3x25 lunges 3x20 sumo squats 3X20 -all sets above holding a 15lb medicine ball -every set done in one min 20 mins of jump rope TIRED and IT IS HOTTTTTTTTTTTT!! Meals were great. cereal/milk fish/veggies 2 scoops of whey fish oil/multiv just had a gallon of water. I feel like I need more water.

DAMN! I have to say I am the sh!t. I feel awesome!! So I go to the gym today the mma fighter w/ADHD shuts up long enough to tell me "hey u losing more...I can tell?" I can tell that I am getting "thinner" but when someone points it out it just feels good!!! I killed it at the gym today-I feel euphoric. squats 2X10 115 1X10 125 seated rows 3X10 110 lbs push ups 3x10 walking lunges 3X10 set of 35lb dumbbells crunches 3X10 ab wheel 3X10 kickboxing 15 mins of jump rope

I went down to the riverwalk and ran/jogged. Feelin' a little bummed so I decided to go for a run in this hot weather. It is HOT!!! diet is pretty good so far drinking my water for the day-a gallon maybe more. it is hot!
