I am a damn good cook! I made salmon and cauliflower for dinner. yummm!!!! My meals were actually pretty good today. chicken/avocado wrap grape nuts/low fat milk Kickboxing and abs 20 mins of jump rope My a** was sore from the squats yesterday. ab wheel planks w/ plate on back my favorite part of the workout. multiv/fish oils water-I got in 1.5 liters so far. tomorrow I am gonna lift!!!

Kickboxing 20 mins of jump rope---can you get shin splints with jumping rope? I have done it for years but I feel like my shins hurt like when running. It could also be kicking the sandbag. I dunno. I am trying to increase the weight of dumbbells when I do arms. I did today and it was super hard. It was only five little pounds. military press 2X8 25 lbs curls 3X8 25lbs db rows 3X8 25 lbs tricep extensions 2X8 25 lbs front raises 2X4 25 lbs <------those were too hard. that was all I could do. I would like to be able to handle 30 lbs. I can if it lower body--like lunges. Not arms--yet. Diet was good.

okay my diet sucked all week-end. I was getting a lot of compliments. My friend at her grad party told me "hey u have a butt..where did that come from?" another friend "your arms look real good." Another "you are getting tiny." Today a trainer told me "you are getting tiny and tiny and your arms look crazy." so I gave myself permission to eat like crap and drink like a fish. I know bad bad me!!! but I was back on track today. kickboxing. militray presses lateral raises front raises db row all with 25 lb dumbbells except for the front and lateral raises too hard. I used smaller weights. 20 mins jump rope. sprints fish oil/mulitv

kickboxing 25 mins of jump rope squats sumo squats sldl walking lunges outside in the heat up and down the parking lot and around the building calve raises I used two 30 dumbbells diet was good pb/wheat bread turkey/celery/chicken/veggies 1 wheat tortilla couple slices of ham multv/fish oil I feel great. I feel awesome after a work out. AWESOME!! I have not taken any measurments yet.

hammer curls 3X8 25 set dumbells bicep curls 3X8 25 set dumbbells overhead tricep extensions 3X8 25 pd dumbbell 3x5 push ups slow controlled push ups jump rope 20 mins of course!!! and damn 25 pd dumbbells is hard!!!!! kickboxing diet was good today. Feeling awesome after a work out as always!!! I would like to get up in the morning and do this, but afraid of being late to work. I am going to have to figure it out. I love the feeling I get after a good work out. I would love to start the day with that feeling!

kickboxing 20 mins of jump rope abs ab wheel 3X15 medicine ball 3X15 reverse crunches 3X15 leg lifts 3X15 regualar crunches 3X15 this week kinda kicked my butt!! I am sore-- arms and legs! diet was descent.

Did cardio today. nothing great. did not feel like a work out. yesterday nothing. Got a migraine yesterday again!!!! I was pissed!!!!! Today I have a migraine hangover. It has been years and now I have had two migraines in the past 2.5 months. 30's are kicking my ass

ORIGINAL: rippedchick Where are your weights? That was the plan for this week. But I had a horrible start. I did not want to exert myself too much. I thought it would give me another migraine or something (now I know that does not happen but still). Today I plan on lifting before kickboxing.

45 mins of jump rope kickboxing hammer curls 4X8 25 lbs dumbbells bicep curls 4X8 25 lbs dumbbells tricep extensions 4X8 20 lbs dumbells 50 push ups.. not the girly type. Diet was good. Had fish, whey and veggies. gallon of water

20 mins of jump rope...gettin real fast!! kickboxing squats 3X8 115 lbs lat pull downs 3X8 90lbs lunges 3x8 dumbells 30 lbs rows 3X8 90 lbs feel good today. diet was good today. stomach looks flatter but love handles oh I love them they are soooo cute!!!!! have not taken measurements yet...

Diet was good today a lot of veggies and fish Multiv/fish oil I ran on treadmill @7.5mph and 4.0mph got my cardio on. rows 80lbs, 70lbs, 90lbs 8X each squats 115 3 sets of 8 lat pull downs 80, 90, 100 each 8X 10 mins of jump rope military presses 3x8 25 lbs dumbbells did not have any plan I just wanted to figure out the weights and the equipment Now I went to the most basement looking gym ever (because the other gym I go to there was a guy who was being rude to me. I mind my business and this guy was just being rude. I had a horrible day today so his stupid comments felt harsh. Plus I never talk to this guy. MAYBE if I did not have a bad day it would have not been a big deal---annnway) and I loved it!!!!!!! Weights and 4 treadmills that is it! I felt so out of place there. The guys were for reals bodybuilders...and me Janie and the girlfriend of one of the guys there. I wanted to leave but then I thought "I paid $1.50 just like they did so I have every right to be here." This gym also had a lot of oilfield workers in there. big huge guys still wearing workboots. There were also a couple of local fighters/boxers. awesome gym. best part: I saw jump ropes and bags hanging from the wall. yea boi!

I got tired of eating chicken breast and turkey. I have been eating a lot of fish: orange roughy, salmon, talipia, tuna, and albacore tuna. I have been been using a lot of spices and and things like balsamic vinegar. Good stuff! I cannot stand broc for now, but asparagus is some great stuff. fish oils/multiv 3 sets of 10 each I used 2 30lbs dumbbells lunges squats sumo squats --I held the 30 lbs dumbbells which is 60 lbs which is the amount of weight I lost. It crazy to have had that on me...60 lbs of gross dirty nasty fat...ewww.. 20 mins of jump rope...see jane jump!!! I am getting fast! kickboxing
