Jamaican Salsa Makes: 8 servings Ingredients: - 2 small pineapples, peeled, cored and diced - 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced - 2 mangoes, peeled and diced - 2 papayas, peeled and diced - 2 cans black beans, rinsed - 1/2 poblano chile, seeded and diced - 1 cup vinegar - 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute - 4 limes, juiced - 1 cup cilantro, chopped Directions: - Combine all ingredients. - Refrigerate for 12 hours and serve.
