well i just wrote here and my computer turned off so im not going to write as much im 5'9 155 ive been working out off and on for 6 months just really started this august. im in the airforce so my day goes pretty much like the i go to work on sunday at 11pm then get home at 7 morning go to sleep wake up at 330 go to school at 430 finish at 700 go to gym get home about 830 then do the same thing and i try to throw alot of eating in there.

im just going to tell you what i do for bi's and chest , i need help though to get my tri's bigger

bi's i do
dumbell curls where i put my elbow on the sid of my thigh and lift up and down slowly 2 sets 35 reps 10 2 sets of 40 reps 6 1 set of 45 reps 4
then i sit down and with my back suppurted i do curls set and reps same as above just i have 1 dumbell in each hand
ez-bar curl i do 2 sets of 25lbs on each side 8 times, 1 set fo 35 on each side 6 times and then 45's on each side like 2 times
then one arm cable curls 3 sets 60x8 70x6 70x6
then two arm cable curls 3 sets 120x8 130x6 140x6

chest i do flat barbell bench 3 sets 185 x8 205x4 225x4
then dumbell flat bench i do 3 sets 60x8 70x6 75x4
then i do some other workouts for chest but i don't feel like wright anymore
the main this is help with my tri's though and i wanna get bigger

Your best bet at this point is to print out this 165 page book.. take the time to read it.. and come back and tell us what you think.

It will help you get bigger. With less time.

If you have not read the Sample Bulk plan.. it might help.

I gained 15lbs of lean muscle from it.. simply because I was training hard but not eating right or enough.

Just by doing that.. WOW!

yea im taking the max-ot workout, and i like it alot, it makes alot of since, i will continue it for the 12 weeks and if i like it stay on the next 6 months

Oil mix equals 1/2 flax and 1/2 safflower hey what are these and what do they do good for you

Claims

Reduces cholesterol
Decreases blood pressure
Reduces risk of stroke and heart attack
Reduces arthritis pain
Protects against cancer
Alleviates inflammatory conditions such as multiple sclerosis, eczema and psoriasis

Safflower is similar but the stuides were more of vs.. and flax is the most widely taken...

Flax Oil Caps

You can also get these products at places like a Trader Joe's, health food outlets, or grind flax seeds themselves and sprinkle them over oats or your cereal. Put them into your protein shakes.

Flax Oil itself doesn't last that long and you'll need to be aware of that. Capsules aren't as potent and might not contain the same quality but they will last longer.

And grinding seeds will last a long time and be of use for other food items but maybe not as a dressing for salads.

I got mine Flax seeds from an up-scale grocery store where they sell binned items. Good deal too.

well ive been doing the max-ot workout for a week now and ive been eating alot, now im 158, so i gained about 3 pounds in a week not bad
