Hey Italian Angel.... Got a question for you... Can you give me info or point me in a direction to read on when to cut carbs, carb load and water reduction? Contest is coming up quick and I need to read up. (sept 22nd) I want no suprises.. Thanks for any help.

Actually, I'm not going to mess w/ the diet too much before contest. Cut back on water...yes. I've read too much on "peaking" and "spilling over" that I'm not going to mess w/ potassium, salt and carbs. I'm just going to be observant of my body and how it reacts to carbs and water. That way, I can plan what to eat/drink and there will be no surprises. I will taper my water down the day before and the day of comp. Salt, I will go lower sodium but nothing drastic. Starting to form my own opinions and after my competition, I'll see what works and what doesn't. Good learning tool!
