I don't know about you, but i sweat ALOT at the gym, so i highly doubt it. If you have acne try proactiv, sh!t works wonders. During football season i start to get pimples due to wearing a helmet for 4 hours, and it clears my face and keeps it clean.

Well I think if you get higher testastorone level in your body when you work out. Your acne would get worse. Or so I hear, I'm not really sure though. But like mike said, get yourself some proactiv or your choice of acne meds. I'm trying out clearasil myself.

I actually think working out helps your skin... everything, I don't know the technical jargin, but I do know that working out will cause you to drink more water, or at least you should... and that will help your skin. Bad acne runs in my family, and I have had it really bad at times... big boil like craters on the side of my head. Nice, hu... I remember when I met my finacee for the first time I kept turning my head so she wouldn't see this huge second head I had on the side of my face.. lol. Eventually, they have gone away completely... I had them up to a couple of years ago and I am now 28, but something that I have been using up until then has been is called - Loreal "Pure Zone" Contunous Action Pore Unclogging Scrub Cleanser, Step 1... Yea, I'm not sure which one of those is the correct name, but this stuff worked wonders for me... it's a blue bottle, and it tingles your face when you put it on... but it feels like you are high or something. I remember I broke out the first couple of days using it, but it was worth it... because I always use it now... for a couple of years now.

i tried proactive just for the hell of it like a year ago and it was fine while I was using it...once you get off it...you start to breakout like crazy...its like a drug that your body gets addicted to...I dont use it at all now...i barely get any breakouts so its all cool :)

Ya know, now to think of it. Maybe most acne fighting stuff actually causes more than it helps. Just like drugs.. I've heard before that benzoyl peroxide is too strong and actually irrates the skin and creates a cycle of breakouts.

same thing with me. clearsil ultra is ok but to me i have to use it two or three time a day for it to work then you know. but if you use it that much you dry your face. i like to use the clearsil acne face scrub in the shower i thjink it works better than the treatment stuff. later

Went from age 12-15 with really bad acne, at 15 I paid for some and it started working like, automatically. Love it.
