hey buddy,looks like you got a good training program there. You're right, with proper training and diet, you WILL gain that weight. NO, correction, muscle.hehehehe. I have the same program but just a bit different. day 1 and day 2 are the same, but my day 3 is legs and shoulders. What I do is 4 days a week training with a 3 day split. So come the 4th day, day 1 will start again... :) But what you have in my opinion is good. Change it up soon ok buddy? So your body won't know what to expect.
