I have begin cutting phase once again, yes, I know, I have already lost 50 pounds, but I still desire more weight loss. -_- This is what my day would look like. Tredmill 30 minutes at 4:00 AM. 5:00 AM - 2 packets of oatmeal (nonflavored) with one scoop of whey protien. Calories- 335 Fat- 3.5 Protien- 28 7:00 AM - Metamucil (Fiber Suppliment) Calories- 60 Fat- 0 Protien- 0 11:00 AM - V8 Fuzion 8oz. 1 packet nonflavored oatmeal with one scoop whey protien. 1 cup skim milk. Calories-445 Fat- 2.5 Protien- 33 1:00 PM - Crunches - Pushups - Vice Grip - Basketball Practice (Nearing 50 min. or so.) 2:00 PM - Ensure Balanced Nutrition Calories- 250 Fat- 6 Protien- 9 3:00 PM - Banana Calories- 135 Fat- 0.7 Protien- 1.5 6:00 PM - 2x Sandwhichs (Ham, Cheese Slices, Fiber enriched bread) Calories- 600 Fat- 19 Protien- 44 Total Talley Calories: 1825 Fat- 31.7 Protien- 115.5 (Fiber Rich diet) My Stats Height- 5.5 Weight- 145 Waist Line- 33-34 Inches Goals Weight- 119-125 Waist Line- 27-29 Inches My Stats 7 months ago! Height- 5.5 Weight- 191!! Waist Line- 42!!!! As you can see, I have had results with this already! I would like the opinons of yours now! who knows...maybey I post before and after picture....
