Just a few questions.

I am 14 years old, and weigh 120 pounds. I use Whey Protein Body Fortress, I began 2 weeks ago. I do 100 push ups, 4 sets. 3 sets of 12 curls, with 45 pounds, and I also do 50 pull ups, sets of 16, but with a couple extra on the last set. I do this every other night, along with drinking Whey every other night. I mix my Whey with 2% percent milk. I also drink a half gallon of water daily.

Is there any problem by doing this, and is this safe?

You're input would be gladly appreciated, thanks.

since you are just taking whey protein, i couldnt imagine anything going wrong, i started on whey at about age 12. you are currently drinking plenty of water for your size. and if you are getting the right nutrition in your diet, i cant imagine a protein powder wreaking havoc in your system. however, i do recommend getting some free weights, just for some isolation exercises, as most of your current exercises are compound. hope this helps

train your whole body
Push ups/bench press
Pull ups (back)
Squats/lunges
Narrow grip push ups (triceps)
Curls (biceps)
Military Press (shoulders)
Standing calf raises
Abs (covered later

Do the muscles every OTHER day or 3rd day, not every day.
Let em get bigger and stronger before you bomb em again!

You are like talking to myself in the past...except I had a mentor who was the top bodybuilder of the day to set me straight!

Excellent start!

What do you want to see happen?

you're curling 45lbs per arm or is that a barbell curl. i can barely do 45 lbs per arm and i'm 180lbs with 9% body fat. sounds like you're doing them incorectly unless you are curling a barbell.

moralski At 180 pounds you don't curl over 45 pounds per arm with good form? Smile
How about some strength training!

I am guessing he means barbell curl though.  That would be consistent.

Remember, he also does 50 pullups!
