Found this on craigslist. Anyone know if this is good equipment?

"Excel Olympic Bench includes Leg extension, Bar holder, Lat tower, and Safety rack. Steel weight set: four-45#, three-25#, five-10#, eight-5#, seven-2.5#. Heavy duty squat rack. Two heavy bars, one curl bar. Original manuals included."

He wants 150$

 assuming the quality is good and you get rid of the leg ext. lat tower, seems pretty good to me

Turned out to be everything he said it was. 360pounds of weights, a curl bar, 2 olymipic bars, a bench and a squat rack/bench rack and various clamps. Pretty good deal, I dont think I really needed any of it but o well.
