I have been drinking milk since i was born. I have been drinking at least 4-5 cups of milk everyday until recently, I was diagnosed with some severe colitis. I lost about 25lb of muscle/fat due to flare ups and started working out again about a month ago. I stopped drinkig milk b/c its better for my intestine and i think it's slowing down my muscle gain. does anyone not drink milk at all and still is getting great results from workingout?
