Right now im on a very strick diet it is simply like this eat as much protein as possible and dont eat any fat or cals. while doing so right now im only eatting this...
Breakfast:maybe skipped...i know i know thats not good im working on it but in just not hungry. When i do eat breakfast it is eggs with milk...and thats pretty much it. bty the milk is 2%.
Lunch:boiled 2-5 oz chicken brest(depends on how hungry i am) the chicken is not fating at all 120 cals 1 or 2 grams of fat not sure and 20 grams or so of protein
Dinner:Tuna/chicken tuna is 110 cals and 3 grams of fat with 23 grams of protein and about 1once a week or MAYBE twice i will have a peace of bread with honey on it and toast the bread to crave my sweet tooth bc it seems i am starving myself of sugars.
NOTE:I consume half a serving of muscle milk (protein shake) before and after i work out and workout days (4 days a week) and before i go to bed

I AM losing some weight  by my queston is will it all come flying all right back sence im not doing it at a very slow rate and also is this harming my body...alot i know it is some. If it is could yall throw out some recommendations.
THX

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

Yes, losing fat quickly by starving yourself will mess up your metabolism and you will proobably gain it back and more.

Totaly restricting carbs is not the way to go. Since your working out, you need those carbs even if your trying to lose weight. I would go below 100 -150 carbs a day. Carbs and fat are not bad. Eating junk food is.

Losing weight is all a numbers game. Your body requires a certain amount of calories. This is determined by your age, height, weight, and BF%. If you go to far below your required amount, you will lose weight in the first few weeks, then it will slow down because you body thinks it's starving. Now your body will try to store food as fat because it doesn't know when it's going to get the right amount to function properly.

Losing weight the right way is a slow process. You should shoot for at least losing 1lb a week. If you realy over weight, try 2 lbs.

The best way to start is to calculate how many calories your body requires. Then how much of a reduction in calories you want in a week. 1lbs = 3500 calories a week, which is 500 calories less a day.

here is a link to a spreadsheet that will calcuate your calories.
Check it out.

Also read this post, the whole thing.

Trust me it works. I lost over 90 lbs of fat.

Sweet zombie Jesus... it looks like you're starving yourself (something that is woefully counter-productive) from that description -- somewhere around 1000 kcal/day. At 200 pounds, for cutting I believe you want around 2500 kcal/day (modulo your daily expenditures). Can you keep a more specific diary of what you eat and post it here so you can get a bit more specific advice?
