Is max-ot enough? - Saturday, July 26, 2003 7:37 AM
I' m going on a 1-AD/4-AD cycle, is max-ot enough or should I work out as much as posible. I would normally do 9-12 sets per body part 3x a week.

Jazzdog..

I was just thinking the same thing! Looked for your message.. I was going to answer it later and didn' t find it. But it' s here.

I' m not able to answer this question.. but I did want to bump it up.. it' s a great one. I' m doing MAX-OT as well and have considered the 1-AD/4-AD stack. But I really don' t want to devote more time to the gym..

So is MAX-OT enough? Because when you are stacking on these prohormones, your recovery time is better.. meaning you can hit the muscles again.. but in our case, we would not.

Good question!

I' ll see if I can dig something up.

From Jeff himself at AST when I asked him your question:

Training more frequently than recommended in Max-OT or increasing the
volume will be counter productive. I recommend staying with the
prescribed Max-OT workouts and not adding more.
