If I workout in the morningish.
It would be much more convinent for me and I can get it over with
Plus its never crowded in the morning
But I did hear somewhere your muscles arent as strong in the morning
is that true?

hmmm i dont think ive ever heard that.  I guess it depends if your a morning person or not.  If you go to the gym right after you wake up and your groggy and tired then obviously you wont lift as well.  Id say get up and wake up a bit then go when you feel ready to push yourself.

I suck when I lift in the morning. I'll be up but my body is still kinda tired. So I don't get nearly as much out of a morning workout than I do with one at a later time.

i agree. im not a big fan of lifting in the morning but sometimes u have to. i think u would be fine once ur body gets used to doing that task so early

I dont know, everyone is different.

I hate getting up early, but if I do manage to make it to the gym I ALWAYS have a great workout. That being said, I usually work out late afternoon/night because of my job(s). Im a night person it seems like so it works.

There was some study done where guys who lifted closer to the end of the day a.k.a night had better gains than the morning guys... but I dont really believe that. Just worry about when you can and WANT to work out, and make the most of it while your there.
