I've been taking my supplements for like 9 weeks now and it says to stop taking it for about 2 to 3 weeks but i feel i will lose everything i gained and I need something to get me through the workout... what do i do and why do we have to cycle off?

cycle off like it says, if they thought you could take it longer so they could sell more they'd tell you

99.999% of the time you won't lose a damn thing if you made real gains via nutrition and training.

A lot of people including myself cycle off to either save money or just "experience" the gains all over again.  I cycle off of creatine every 8 weeks.  There's no valid scientific reason really, I just like to clean house per se and start over.

If anything, I lose a little water weight and strength but no muscle mass as long as I'm eating right and continue to train hard.

Some supplements require you to cycle off and the instructions usually say exactly that.

Others like vitamins don't.  I don't cycle vitamins, fish oil, glucosamine or protein (the basics).

Agree 100%... Pre-workout stims like No-Xplode should be cycled often. I swear some ppl won't go to the gym if they dont have some no-xplode pre-workout.

Yeah its like a mental thing. I get pumped when I take it. Since I only use M5 three times a week should I still cycle off? and can i take nitrix during this time or should I just go cold turkey? Thanks yall

go cold turkey on all creatine, caffeine, and nitric oxide supps for about 3-6 weeks
