I've been taking my supplements for like 9 weeks now and it says to stop taking it for about 2 to 3 weeks but i feel i will lose everything i gained and I need something to get me through the workout... what do i do and why do we have to cycle off?

cycle off like it says, if they thought you could take it longer so they could sell more they'd tell you

Yeah its like a mental thing. I get pumped when I take it. Since I only use M5 three times a week should I still cycle off? and can i take nitrix during this time or should I just go cold turkey? Thanks yall Zack

go cold turkey on all creatine, caffeine, and nitric oxide supps for about 3-6 weeks
