Status: offline 		I read that a judge overturned the ban on ephedra.  So, is it legal?  If so, where can I get some?

Status: offline 		It's a banned substance in the U.S. 

I'm sure there's permits you can get, a DRs note or do something crazy like inhalers for asthma and such but stuff like Hydroxcut isn't being made anymore and it's banned.

Pro-hormones were also banned as of Jan 12th, 2005 or something.

The ban has been lifted... but no companies want to produce ephedra products for 2 reasons.

1.) In a month or two it could become illegal again and they don't want 1,000's of bottles of their products to be destroyed (lots of money down the drain).
2.) Insurance. It was tough before the ban to get insurance companies to insure you if you made ephedra based products... now that it has been an illegal substance insurance companies won't go near it.

Status: offline 		Just go pop a couple of allergy/cold pills that contain 30% pseudoephedrine.
Same effects.

You can get a box of about 48 at Walmart for about $5.

Your best bet would be to get your hands on some Vasopro, or straight Ephedrine HCL if you can. Stack it with 200 mg cafffiene for a more potent sting. Take it alone for PW energy if you want a protein sparing effect.
Other options are stacking with synephrine and/or caffiene.

Status: offline 		I was looking around for some and found a place I think was in San Diego that is marketing Stacker II w/ it.  I called to be sure and the guy said it's legal right now and he gets it from outside of the country.
