Is Nolva illegal?

Excuse my naivete about this topic, but is Nolvadex illegal? A lot of people on here say they use it. I know its a legal drug, used for breast cancer, and is not a controlled substance in the US. It is also a 'by prescription only' drug, but you can get it on the internet w/o prescription. Is this legal?? Where do people get this from.

Also, Im not sure how taboo this topic is, so i apologize if im breaking any rules by posting this.

you can get it over the net without prescription. i dont know all the rules but drugs go in 3 schedules. (i think, may be more)
schedule 1- is illegal drugs that have no medical use. doctors cant prescripe this stuff but sometimes things like estacy can be used to treat cancer patients and weed and stuff but it requires permision for the gov but i dont know all the rules so just assume schedule 1 is illegal.

schedule 2- is legal but the more serious stuff. stuff thats easily addictive, can be converted to schedule 1 drugs easily, serious sides. hydrocodon (viacadin), ritilan, adderall, oxycodon, codeine. im pretty sure you can only get a script for like a month supply.

schedule 3- stuff that isnt over the counter but not that bad. moltrin 800 mg are an example. you can get moltrin in smaller dosages but need a script to get 800. you can get like 3 month supplys at a time. stuff like acne medicine and things for mild pain. most of this stuff shouldn't really be prescription. this is prob what nolvedex falls into. i dont know if you can get schedule 2 drugs over the net but schedule 3 stuff isn't that serious.

So I assume most people here get it over the net without complications? Have you tried it Modagg? Also, thanks for your reply
