I just moved back home from college and totally forgot that I had left my creatine in my car. I live in South Florida and it had been sitting in the car for almost a day and when I took it out it was really hot. I was wondering if this may have in any way degraded my creatine. I started taking it anyway and feel kinda " pumped" but I don' t know if it' s because I haven' t worked out for a few months or that the creatine' s doing it' s job.
