It is imo, you should be looking to do no more than 16 sets, no less than 12, per body part on a given day, plus your back routine seems to be lacking?? I would say make thursday a day for your back and do your arms with your legs on wed. You can limit your chest days to 4 different exercises with no more than 4 sets on each and really only need be done once per week unless there is reason you are hitting it twice?

You want to be working a compound muscle group (like chest or back) with an isolated muscle group (like legs or arms), not good idea to work both on same day. If you want to do chest twice a week, then lower your sets to 3 and exercises to 4 and either do your back with your legs, or your chest with your legs on wedensday. You need to increase the amount your doing on your back and decrease the amount your doing your chest.

Hey Arnold used to do chest and back a day, shoulders, upper arms & forearms a day and thighs, lower back and calves a day...

Arnold was also a pro bodybuilder who trained 5 hours a day and roided.

agree man...keep chest, back, legs away from each other, as they are really taxing workouts, if you do them properly
Motivation comes by itself when improvement is seen!
