yes, are u sure ur going down low enough for squats and is someone helping u with bench? because ive only seen once before where someones bench was actually stronger than there squat.

well that would explain the squat, that should rise pretty quickly. as far as ur bench, u should have someone watch ur form when maxing but they shouldnt be helping u lift the bar.

dont get a belt. ur not lifting that heavy of weights where its at all necessary, just keep good form. and u should be squating a lot more than u bench, not the same amount

what do u mean by formation

u mean form? it means that u are doing the exercise the proper way, as in a controlled speed, not bouncing the bar off ur chest or not going low enough, or doing anything else incorrectly

your weight and bench max is impossible you are a prodigy if you can do that i am the strongest for up to like 155 at my school and i weigh 140 my max is 220 i really just cant see a 115 pound kid lifting 205...i would have to see it
weight: 151
bench: 235
squat: 350
Deadlift: 350

Bodybuilda15, can you please post a video because I have competed for several years at Varsity level throughout Florida highschools, and the best kid i ever saw in your weight class was Nick Albert who at age 19 benched 240 to win at states and he had nearly five pounds on you. (FHSAA.ORG to check by the way)
If what you say is true, you are competing AT state champion level (With kids who have been lifting for 5 years) and you JUST turned 15.

David1991, you also said that the two of them were basically the same as in that one lifted 80 more and the other lifted 90 more isnt really true. A better comparsion would be by body weight to amount benched.

Bench Press/Body Weight

bodybuilda15: 1.78 (Just as a comparison, the guy who was third in states AS A SENIOR in the 119 weight class had a 1.76 ratio)
taytay: 1.57

if he is 155 and he can bench 305....thats about 195lbs more than his body weight....i have a distance on 75lbs from my weight to my bench press.....so he is 195 differents and im 75?....ok that isnt that hard to be that strong!

Like i said before, showing the difference of amount benched is crap, a ratio is more accurate, and also how old is the guy (TayTay) who benches 305 at 150, because last year the first place guy put up 345, the second 300, which would put your buddy right smack in the middle. (Point is your highschool friend should have records online of him and thats always cool :P)

I didn't say you DIDN'T do it i just have my doubts and would like to see them clarified. I just find it highly unlikely that a kid who just turned 15 and isn't even close to being in the prime of his peak weightlifting performance is putting up weight that would have earned you 3rd place in states among a bunch of 18 year olds who have been doing this competitively for years.
