if you're a natural trainee i wouldn't train five straight days. a good 3 day full body or split should work fine. if you like training in the gym though 2 days on and 1 day off is pretty efficient. it's just when you lift weights 24 hours later testosterone has been proven to be low while cortisol (a catabolic hormone) remains high and it's better to elevate testosterone when it is already high so you don't elevate cortisol. you'll notice pro bodybuilders on juice don't really care about this and it's because their on steroids which elevate their synthetic testosterone constantly so they are always in a state of anabolism. i'd either train 3 days per week or train 2 days on and 1 day off. something like. day 1- upper day 2- lower day 3- off day 4- upper day 5- lower should be efficient.
