I have begin cutting phase once again, yes, I know, I have already lost 50 pounds, but I still desire more weight loss. -_- This is what my day would look like.
Tredmill 30 minutes at 4:00 AM.
5:00 AM - 2 packets of oatmeal (nonflavored) with one scoop of whey protien.

1:00 PM - Crunches - Pushups - Vice Grip - Basketball Practice (Nearing 50 min. or so.)
