Is this alright? - Monday, June 29, 2009 4:11 PM ( #1 )
Would this be alright? I decided to add broccoli into my diet, just to get in a better veggie source and I was considering pouring melted cheese on it (just for flavor). Would that be alright? I mean cheese isn't loaded down with fats and calories.

Thanks for feedback.

I don't think a bit of cheese will make or break your cut.

There are alot of different cheeses too.  Many of which are low fat.  Cream cheese and cottage cheese melt nicely too.

But wouldn't more fat be ideal in a cut?

I would focus on getting your "extra" fat calories from non-saturated sources.

i think you are overthinking this MVP, if some melted cheese is the most worrisome thing in your diet you need to chill lol

<-- Do you see any cheese on that?  Don't be a pussy.  Eat it raw, LOL

Just kidding.  I agree with the last three posts.  Stick with unsaturated fats during a cut (AND DON'T ANYONE GIVE ME A GD LECTURE ABOUT SATURATED FATS BEING GOOD FOR YOU!  You're eating a trillion calories a day, trust me, you're getting way more than a beneficial amount).  THD's actually got my boys at Primo Italiano pegged.  Except they steam it with garlic and olive oil.  just as yummie.
