Is this alright?

Would this be alright? I decided to add broccoli into my diet, just to get in a better veggie source and I was considering pouring melted cheese on it (just for flavor). Would that be alright? I mean cheese isn't loaded down with fats and calories. Thanks for feedback.

I don't think a bit of cheese will make or break your cut.

There are alot of different cheeses too. Many of which are low fat. Cream cheese and cottage cheese melt nicely too.

I would focus on getting your "extra" fat calories from non-saturated sources.

i think you are overthinking this MVP, if some melted cheese is the most worrisome thing in your diet you need to chill lol

<-- Do you see any cheese on that? Don't be a pussy. Eat it raw, LOL Just kidding. I agree with the last three posts. Stick with unsaturated fats during a cut (AND DON'T ANYONE GIVE ME A GD LECTURE ABOUT SATURATED FATS BEING GOOD FOR YOU! You're eating a trillion calories a day, trust me, you're getting way more than a beneficial amount). THD's actually got my boys at Primo Italiano pegged. Except they steam it with garlic and olive oil. just as yummie.
