try posting in the nutrition forum ;)... You'll get more replies there....

personally i believe it not enough calories, should reduce some of the dairy, and not having those protein shakes with meals, you already get enough protein from meals, and plus if you take too much in one go, it cannot be absorbed properly, or will become fat.....

If you are looking for lean muscle gains I would switch some carbs for protein, like the toast, go for 2 slices instead and add 3 more egg whites or even 5 more.
Your snack could be a protein shake in there with the no fat frozen yogrut and some frozen fruit or berries.
The lean cuisine lunch is a small plate so your additions are awesome, you can even add some nuts.
Lastly, protein at night, maybe add some protein powder to your yogurt or try some dry cottage cheese mixed with yogurt.
The rest is good.

also, it depends on your activty levels/weight etc, it may look alright but we don't noe your size, so it's hard to tell if it's good for bulking or not....also for your lunch, there's already enough protein, so i wud move that protein shake to your "snack time". Basically remove any protein shakes from where your meals involve meats, and move them to where u need them, such as before bed, or during the snack times...

and linda with what you said about adding more eggs, wouldn't that be a bit too much. there's like already 10grams of protein in a cup of milk, about another 10 grams in the eggs...thats about 20grams, but yea depends on his daily requirement of protein.....
