Is it still possible to reach goal? - Sunday, November 01, 2009 1:33 PM ( #1 )
Hi

Recently having bit of pain in right shoulder so am stopping upper body workout for a few weeks. My problem is i'm stuck at the 14-15% body fat level and am really trying to reach 12% before christmas!!

If I stick to leg and core workouts and do some swimming can i still achieve this?

Thanks

Even if you weighed 200 pounds, to lose 2% by christmas you would only have to lose 4 pounds of fat. It's definitally doable.

And you should be fine to do cardio not doing upperbody for a bit may be good for you as it makes you do legs and cardio more regularly (a problem for most people)
