Is Tribulus worth it?

Is anyone here currently taking tribulus? is an effective natural testosterone booster like the ads say, or does it really just have a placebo effect, if even that? I just wanted to know if anybody who has taken it, has seen significant strength increases.

i tried it once, but a couple days after the purchase i read an article that said there was no evidence of it being anything more than a placebo. the article may have scewed my opinion, but i never noticed any benefit from it. waste of money.

I tried it once. Not really sure why I bought it, maybe it was on sale and I thought that I might as well try it. Of course I couldnt attribute any strength gains from it. Actually, I am much stronger and fitter now than I was during the time I was taking it after doing a good cycle of squats and deadlifts. One thing which I did notice is that it gave me an uncontrollable 'wondering eye'. I mean that it really affected my libido and any sight of curves made my eyes shift focus. I was always being caught by my girlfriend. I read a study that it increased humping in rats...

Tribulus is more for older men that have a decrease level of testosterone, not intended for younger males. Supplement companies are preying on people, like they do with most supps, that you need this to get big and strong....this is not true for mose people. Nobody really know if it works at all, or if the liver filters it all out. If anyone give it a ringing endorsement they probably have money to make off of it. Most supps are a whole lotta feathers and not much chicken so to speak, although there are a few exceptions.
