Im 16 and started going to the gym about 2 weeks ago. I stand 5'6'', and weight 110. Im obviously trying to gain weight because im pretty skinny. Im going to the gym Mon-Fri and Taking cell mass post workout and nightime b4 sleeping. I eat a raw egg with a cup of milk every morning b4 going to the gym then i follow a diet of eating every 2 hrs and after every meal a table spoon of peanut butter. I think i might have gained about 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks. But i wanna hurry the process more and i heard creatine can do that. So is cell tech any good?

What work are you doing in the gym 5 days a week. That's a lot, especially for just starting out. The creatine will help with workout recovery and getting glycogen back into the muscles. The other dogs on here will give you specifics. Not sure what the raw egg is doing for you. Sounds old school and potentially dangerous (food borne illness). At 16 I'd be pounding down at least a gallon of whole milk a day. Fortunately at your age you should have testosterone oozing out your ears. Good workin out! :)

at your age what you are doing is fine. the raw egg is a little old school, rocky movies spring to mind. like JMBS said chugg that milk!!!! it really makes a massive difference. im not sure exactly how much a gallon is (as im in england and we use pints...) but i did 3 pints a day and that was over 1000 calories a day then food on top plus your shakes and your set! i wont get into what workout your doing as its the wrong forum, but i would stay basic big compound lifts. Back on topic, yes creatine will help.

Cook your eggs, and on top of that eat about a dozen per day and a gallon of whole milk like J said. Put in some calorie dense snacks with that. Creatine isn't a bad investment, but at 110 pounds you just need to eat a whole lot.

Cell tech is just an overpriced mono. Only difference is flavor and price, if you can afford it and don't mind spending the extra cash go for it. Creatine has various functions with the human body. The first is to be used by the creatine phosphagen system when the anaerobic glycosis can on longer convert glucose to ATP. The 2nd function is drawing protein and water to the damaged muscle fibers, thus speeding up recovery.

All this talk of creatine, but I have never really felt the effects of it. I don't know, maybe I don't take enough
