Hi. I've currently got a back injury (spinal, not muscle) so I'm reluctant to do any sit-ups or crunches, as I heard these can put stress on your back. However, I've now joined the gym and I'm working out 3 times a week. I'm seeing good results in every part of my body, apart from my belly. So, to avoid looking ridiculous, what abdominal exercises can I do that will build a 6 pack, that won't put any stress on my back? Thanks.
