how good is this stuff? its Pro Insulin Fuel by Twinlab.

I can't seem to find any on the web. That does mean much since yahoo and google are messed up on my comp. Anyways, can you list the ingrediants?

Me neither. Did a search of some other big stores... Supplements101, Netrition and such.. nothing. Did a quick google search.. nothing either.
If it's out there.. it's not one of TwinLab's biggest sellers.
Is there a link you can post so we can see what's in it?

hm... i cannot find the bottle. But i do know it says something like this...
"transports amino acids and glucose to muscle were it is converted to glycogen"
something like that

To the best of my knowledge that product does not exist. Twinlabs site didn't even list it. Perhaps it was a product they made a few years ago and you happened to stumble upon an old bottle of theirs?
In any case, if we haven't heard of it, and they are not selling it anymore, I wouldn't recommend it.

hm, that is weird... I bought it not to long ago. the expiration date hasnt passed yet either, so it cant be that old. I remember finding it on their site and a few others a few months back.

I'm not a fan of twinlab products. But I can't tell you if its good or not. I don;t know what the ingrediants are, please post what's in it.

Ok, i found the bottle. Here is what it says...
"Helps maintain healthy insulin fuction for body builders & strength athletes"
Twinlab Pro Insulin Fuel transports amino acids and glucose into muscle where it is converted into glycogen, which aids in recovery from exercise.
Here is the Supplement Facts:
Vitamin E = 100 IU
Magnesium = 400 mg
Zinc = 15 mg
Chromium = 1000 mcg
Alpha Lipoic Acid = 100 mg
Vanadyl Sulfate = 50 mg
Bis-maltolato oxo vanadium (BMOV) = 2 mg
D-pinitol = 2 mg
