Injury - Thursday, February 12, 2009 5:15 PM ( #1 )
Hi first off.  I m new to the site.

Im having a problem that is beginiing to concern me.  About a month ago i noticed pain in my right bicep the day after my workout.  As a result I have lowered the weight and increased the reps  on arm days and the pain began to diminish to the point it wasnt really a problem to me.  I did also notice that my right bicep is somewhat softer then my left and that is concerning me since I am right handed. Today o worked out the biceps and triceps pretty hard and after the workout I was in real pain.  So much so I resorted to taking aleve for th pain wish i  never need to do.  Anyone ever experience this softness in the muscle with pain nd is it something i need to look int or just rest for a couple of weeks with no reps at all.  Maybe just take a break and do cardio and legs while i heal up.

Thanks in advance for any and all input.

Not sure I get it right.
After arms workouts, you feel pain in your bicep ? That might only means you have an injury, meaning again not to workout it again for a couple days, maybe some weeks.
About the softness then I don't understand...not a word.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.
