well i RE injured my shoulder. first seperated it a few years back wrestling with my brother, and i sprained it a few times after that. but recently i was on some monkey bars(no im not in the 3rd grade) and i had my arm fully extended and suddenly i hear snap crackle pop, and my arms out of the socket.

my appointment is next week.

striaghtbar: est 330, 295X 5, on last set 5.28.08
