Injured i think my rotary cuff/blade help pls - Thursday, May 24, 2007 9:17 AM
for a few months ive had discomfort  but kept on workin out. until a month or so ago i went to the chiropractor and he did his thing i had about 3 or so classes and it was feelin alittle better... but then i helped someone moved and it started hurtin again so i went another 2 or 3 times then stopped cus didn't think it was worth the money. anyways my shoulder is as bad as it use to be still right now. I'll explain some excersises and what i mostly fail on. The one that i'd really like to do but cant is the incline bench- i normally flat bench rep 185pds for at least 8-10, but when i do incline ill put on like 85pds which is rediculous  or me to fail at cus i was doin alot more 2 years ago. WHile i do incline my left shoulder blade alomost feels like it sticking into the bench seatand when adjust for comfort and start lifting my left shoulder basically cramps and i cant push up at all but slowly watch it drop... Lat pulldowns are somethin ive started to really include in my workout recently but this dam injury really screws them up, it feels like all my shoulder blade or rotary cuff w/e and my tricep are lifting all the weight when my other armor(right)  all the weight bein lifted by my actual lats /armpit area.

to also mention i am always constantly feeling discomfort / a weird tingly feeling  at the tip of the blade / top of the rotary cuff

and all my benches(dumbell, flat, incline) have gone down alittle bit

dope builds muscle fastest thats why im so huge
16yo/175
bench 250
the real deal is a sub way meal double meat triple bacon
