Hi guys wasup I'm just beginning in this I occasionaly go to the gym 1 day a week or sometimes 2 days a week. I'm 18, 1,91 mt tall and I weight 76 KG. I want to increase my weight but I've got some problems because in my current state there are places I like how they are and some no. I want to increase size and weight in the arms, pecs and chest, and maybe the legs, but now i think my stomach is all right, maybe even it is kind of ideal but if I'm scared that maybe if I increase my weight it will go to the stomach and arms won't increase size. Or maybe I will increase in general but then my stomach will look too fat, now I like how it looks, but maybe if I increase my weight I will look fat :P My ideal weight I think would be like 85, 86 so I need to increase 10 kg of weight. I'm now trying to eat every meal one more portion and trying to eat more healthy. I also play tennis and go to the gym and swimming sometimes. All advice is welcome, thanks very much.

Ok well the myth of spot reduction is straight bull.

Its much easier to take one process on at a time. It seems like you want to increase mass size aka muscle but wanna lose weight too its much easier too take it one path at a time doing both is a much slower process

Bulking or Cutting take one

If you bulk you have to eat alot around 1-2g of protein a day alot of carbs but eat clean foods and you dont have to worry about excess fat

Cutting

Eat lean protein like fish and chicken, dark green veggies, no sugar, carbs or fat a strict clean diet

and another thing I would be going to the gym more than once a week the key is consistency and knowledge if your not consistent nether will your gains be

I'm actually not sure about what you wrote, I don't want to do both things, I want to increase weight to about 85, 83 kg aprox. but I don't want it to go to my stomach and look awful fat you know, I want it to go like muscle to my back, arms, pecs and legs, but I don't know if maybe I gain weight and it will go to my stomach and I won't be happy :P maybe my biotype is just like that and I should just keep my current weight, but I know men I feel like i'm too thin, people have told me that (not any people like into the gyms and this stuff, just general people) and my ribs actually can be seen a little bit by the side.... fact is I grew a lot but I always kept the same weight maybe that's the thing I have to increase..... any help is useful

Diet is the most importaint thing to get where you want to go, Eat lean protein like fish and chicken, dark green veggies, no sugar, carbs or fat a strict clean diet like he said If you want to add suppelments also you can, it would help you. For suppelments you can take Protein shakes like whay and others out there, for creatine you can take cell mass, but I heard there getting sued, But from what I take it theres new and better creatine out its 4x reg creatine its called amp creatine heres the link http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2944889 . amino acid , glutamine. you can find most of this stuff on http://www.supplements101.com . For working out do at least 3 times a week, heres the link you should look at http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Best_of_Training/m_44183/tm.htm

Hey i may be new to this stuff but i know what can really help you. I think it would be good to buy the mass system by nxlabs and follow up with the ripped system also nxlabs. And follow the diets strictly in each of the books. Ive seen really good results for both. the books come with the system

Life isn't sugar-coated. You're going to almost have to put on weight, both wanted and unwanted, and then shed off the unwanted through proper diet and exercise, known as cutting.
