I have to get bigger for football, but I really need to retain/increase my speed. Do I have to sacrifice one for the other? Also could you recoment any exersise for each? (I play DE TE) and I'm 6,1 180 lbs. Thanks!

keeping yourself flexable is the key and I have heard that your power movements will improve your sprint times and vertical jump you can also look into running with resistance......pulling a sled or running in water
