Increase Endurance (Boxing) - Wednesday, July 02, 2008 2:17 PM
Hi, I been doing boxing for about 6months now, before i started boxing i was not in great shape ^^ im not in GREAT shape now but I am in good shape.

But is there some way to increase the endurance?
Like for example a way to train the endurance of taking more punches.

Go to a batting cage and stand there taking it. Got Happy Gilmore ready for hockey season.

Training for endurance just go for rounds and longer rounds. Like if you fight 3 minute rounds do 4 and 5 minute rounds to train. As far as taking punches, spar.
