My bench went up after doing a few sets of push ups every day. I stopped for awhile but doing it again, it helps for whatever reason. Maybe the stimulus or blood flow on rest days? dunno.

incline bench is definitely necessary, it got so bad to the point where my lower chest would dominate, as i started adding inclines to it every now and then, the upper chest right around the collar bone started to fill in, giving me a fuller square looking chest, ill change my avatar to point it out.
