In the process of cutting - Wednesday, March 19, 2008 10:13 PM ( #1 )
Here is a picture taken just yesterday. I know I have absolutely no pectorals to speak of. It's my own fault for ignoring chest for so long and skipping the days chest was on. This is a completely flexation.

 How tall are you?

Also the lats look good, as well as the biceps.

Yeah man, your arms look pretty bulked, lats too.

Its hard to see chest in that pose, but I would guess it might need some work. Also your delts are looking good

Ill be damned.. You have some decent bulk on your body.  I think you should clean bulk it another 10 - 15lbs and then do a cut and you might be looking pretty sick.

I'd say your triceps also need work, they look out of balance next to your biceps. Probably a consequence of neglecting chest days. You've definitely made some solid progress since the last picture I saw.

Yeah man you've definitely got some bulk in the lats and bis. Throw those chest workouts in there and your tris and shoulders should come into the picture as well.
Shoulders back.
Head high.
Always progressing.
