my problem is my body i think the upper body is fine - arms and belly
but my legs are just not fast and i play guard and it's need to be my advantage.
someone have training drills that not take long time ? (10-20 minutes max)

another question - someone can tell me what is "muscle memory"

Basically after you stop working out for so long, you lose quite a lot of muscle mass.

Muscle memory will help you gain the mass back relatively quickly when you get back to training again.

current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)
