i just heared this from a guy who bodybuilded for 13years    that creatine causes you to gain mass because of water, but that after 2-3months you lose the water mass and it becomes dense heavy muscle all this while staying on creatine, can it happen after 2-3-4months of usage, water dissapearing and pure dense muscle appearing?

I think the first thing you need to do is understand what this particual supplement does. Your muscle are made up of mostly water so the more water youe muscle store inside provideing there is enough nutrients the greater the hypertrophy ( Muscle Growth)  Creatine  allows the body to store water in the muscle, which in turn allows you to lift more( heavier) weight the more weight you lift the stronger you get and the stornger you are the bigger you will be. ( the reverse is not true just because you get bigger does not mean yo get stronger)
This increase in strength as a result of the heavier weight is not loss even when creatine supplementation is stopped.
the end results  you are bigger.

I Think lastly youshould understand the creatine, like all supplements should be cycled not taken continualy

you will lose some size gained fromt he creatine when you stop using it, but you will retain the strength gained

how much mass do people really retain though after stopping use? any?

depends what creatine your using really, for me i didnt even lose and weight and that was after i cycled off mono, now im cycling cellmass will be finished it in 1-2 weeks, not sure how much i'll drop then shouldnt be much though.

u wont lose any size after u go off cee, cause it doesnt put the water weight bigger look to ur muscles, and strength wise, i think that u may drop a bit but not much i cant imagine.

The body is like 90% water I think.

When you take creatine some hopefully gets absorbed by muscles.  This will mean some extra water also.  This extra water will make you weigh 4 or 5 pounds more.  If you then stop taking it you will pee out the creatine and water within a couple of days and therefore loose the 4 or 5 pounds.

Now that said they idea of taking it is when you have extra creatine and water floating around in your muscles this gives you a bit more strength.  This strength helps you lift more and therefore increase gains.  If you gain 5 pounds of muscle in say 5 weeks while taking creatine then you wont loose this muscle when you come off the creatine.  Unless you stop lifting of course and become a couch potato.

This is a simple explanation obviously.
